I play here a couple of times a year, and this year, was not impressed. I played quartermania, and had problems getting paid. Maintenance came over, put the machine out of service, and left, voiding all credits I had left on it. Finally, I was able to get someone to come over, I explained what happened, and finally got paid. Left after that. I know it was New Year's Eve, but it was not busy yet (around 5:30 pm), and not impressed.

My sister was very disappointed with the way her reservations were handled and the fact that the rooms were not as promised at the time the reservations were made. Check In was another disappointment. There seemed to be no interest in who was next in line, whether or not they were in line or what the people in the lobby were supposed to do to get service.

Hello, my name is Brad Karl, my Wife Debbie, my Brother in Law Joey and his Fiance Jennifer all spent alot of time in your Casino. We ate at the Tarzans Lobster Bar and met Mr. Douglas Drabin. I would like to set up a return visit from our Sports Bar and Grill in Oakdale Mn. We would like to obtain a package including Air / Hotel for 4 or 5 days for a group of 20 to 30 people. Doug also said he could work out a deal for my Brother in Law Joey's Wedding. Doug, could you look into this and see what type of deal you could hhok us up on for a large group visit?

After having stayed at nearly every hotel in Laughlin (except the Riverside) we would rate the Nugget as the best. Classey quiet atmosphere. Terrific pool and whirlpool. Great food. Wonderful service. Nice fake talking birds. As Arnold would say, "We'll be back!"

We,ve stayed all over Laughlin over the past 10 years and we find the Golden Nugget the "best of Laughlin"!

I played here for the first time in awhile on my last Laughlin trip (June 03). Decent but not great VP inventory, relatively few full pay, although they do have a bank of 9/6 JoB with 4700 Royal; this plus the .20% cash back puts the EV of these machines a tad over 100%.
They have single deck BJ for as low as $5 with good rules for single deck; double on any 2 cards, resplit pairs (except aces), which takes the house edge down to 0.19%; also they don't seem overly neurotic about counters; I used a 4 unit spread without attracting any attention... I'll definately play here again, in the meantime I'll see if they send any good room offers in the mail..
