Excellent location. This property is a timeshare and offers unique opportunity to "escape" the hussle and bussle of other resorts. You don't have to drag your luggage forever through a shopping mall, lines of people at the registration desk or box office, or crowded casinos. Every great resort is within walking distance.

The rooms are not comparable to the Vencian or the Bellagio, but that is not what this resort is about. This is a very nice and clean timeshare property that is very family orientated. It has a million dollar location, directly on the strip in the middle of everything. A nice rooftop pool for all the family and an entertaining bar with beautiful panaramic views of the strip for moms and dads.
