We stayed two comped nights in October and were very satisfied. The pool area is very nice and check in and out went well. We like the casinos across the highway better. Yes, it's 35 miles below Vegas, but, you get in your car on I-15 and go 80-85 MPH and you are in Vegas in less than a half hour. We stayed before and had a noisy AC, but, this time we didn't get a noisemaker. Maybe they're fixing that problem. I'd also advise to check out the Gold Strike/Nevada Landing 11 miles up the road. We like to gamble there. On our next trip we plan on staying at Primm or downtown Vegas, we just visit the strip. That's just too drawn out, we like it where things are compacted down. We've stayed at the strip 3 times and that's enough. There's better value elsewhere. We like Whiskey Pete's and we will return. THANKS!

this place, in my opinion, is the worst hotel in nevada. the rooms are small and are EXTREMELY hot. The hvac unit im the room is deafing-noisey. The hvac is so loud that YOU CANNOT SLEEP AT NIGHT WITH THE UNIT RUNNING. The walls are very thin (you can hear your neighbors' loud hvac units in chorus with yours all night long as well as any conversations they may choose to have). Showers have almost zero water pressure and if you're tall you need bend almost completely over to wash your hair (unless you're 4-feet tall). The staff are slow even when no one is in line ahead of you (it took the desk clerk at 11pm on a wednesday night 5+ mins to clear her system to start the process of checking me in).

The casino has an intense smoke smell wafting throughout it that will immediately impregnate itself in your clothes. You are a fool if you gamble here, I suspect ALL the machines are set at 75% payback since only people with major gamblimg addictions stop here on their way into vegas or those comming out waste their last few bills on trying to get back to even... I did not see anyone hit a handpay jackpot the entire time i was there.

The $19.95 they charged me for the room was $20 too much. Avoid this place unless you're a bad hotel masochist.

I just returned from escorting 47 senior citizens to Whiskey Petes for a 3 day trip. Everything was "fun-derful". The only problem reported to me was re: the noisy air-conditioning units in some of the rooms.
The personel from check-in to check-out could not have been better.
This property, also, has one of the prettiest swimming pools in the Las Vegas area. Trams and shuttles to the other Primm properties make this an excellent and inexpensive resort stay for anyone. I will "definately" bring my groups here again and again.

Room was fine for the price. No water pressure in the shower and impossible for washing soap out of hair.

The restaurant left a lot to be desired. Service was very slow and nearly impossible to get. (much waving and sending of flares required to attract attention of staff even though only three tables were occupied) Food was just awful. If you want very hard cooked eggs just ask for "over easy." Hash browns had more grease than the fittings in the front of my car, and the toast was so soaked in butter I had to ask for toast that had no butter at all in order to get any "crunch". If you don't speak any language other than English expect not to have your order understood the first time.

Did not stay but the drink ladies were no where to be seen, and did not even win a small payout. Would not recommend.
