Stayed here during the fall season at a very cheap priceline rate ($55 I believe). Miles away from the strip, this can be a huge plus or minus, depending on how important the strip is to you. Being one who has been to LV more than a dozen times, I couldn't care less about being away from the strip. The change in pace was great. Hotel resort with casino is exactly that: a resort with a small tiny casino inside. Very very different from other so-called resorts like JW Marriot and such, where you have a huge gambling establishment as the main concern, then the hotel part is just secondary. None of that here. Resort treatments were top rate. Two fabulous swimming pools on separate levels, one with a water slide. Bicycles available for rent, kayaks and peddle boats on the lake to rent (directly from the hotel, mind you) as well. Beautiful desert scenery really makes it romantic to hang out with your SO. Cafe was delicious with great sweeping views of the lake. Hotel room was small and undistinguished. Staff came across as helpful and even cheerful. Loved this place.

I did not stay at the hotel - I ventured out there due to a Casino Perks matchplay deal (4 matchplays up to $50 each!). It's a very nice place to stay if you want to gamble and bring your family to a relaxing resort-style hotel. It's the only place I'd go if I brought kids. They even had a caged basketball court! The casino is small, but they've got the important stuff and the staff was very friendly. I had a very pleasant visit and would love to be able to afford a future stay.

If you do not want all the hustle and bustle of the strip stay at this hotel. Great views of the lake and 2 of the best golf courses in the world (Reflection Bay & The Falls). Where they filmed the movie 'American Sweathearts'. Bad movie, but can't hold that against the Hyatt.

We stayed here with our children and had a great time. Camp hyatt was wonderful. I met my wife and her sister and all the children after a trip to New Orleans. So, I welcomed the family time. We had two pools and a water slide almost to our self's. I am told they even have a free shuttle to the Strip. I will have to check it our on our next trip here in the fall.
