Just a great place to be. the slot club is set up for locals they could do more for out of town players but a great place none the less.

A lot of extras added to your bill. If you book online figure at least another $10 per night just for incidentals. Sneaky way to get more $$. Stay at Sam's Town. Oh yeah, the buffet is kind of crappy. Little selection and a lot of cold food.

We chose the Boulder Station Hotel because the rate was the best we could find for a 3-star hotel for the week of our visit....and we knew we would have a rental car, so location was not a big deal. The hotel and casino exceeded our expectations. The hotel is well managed, the rooms plenty large, and the decor very nice. I was expecting a typical Holiday Inn-type room, but this was much better! The casino was really our favorite in all of Vegas. The staff was really friendly. The buffet was way above average, and at great prices! The only negative is the location. You simply must have a car or be willing to ride city buses. Due to a rental car shortage (despite our confirmed reservation), we were delayed a day in getting our car. On the first day in town we had to use a taxi to get from the airport to the hotel. That ran about $19. From the hotel to downtown was about $12. If you have a car, don't hestitate to stay at the Boulder Station. If you do not have a car, stay on the strip or downtown.

This hotel was pretty good. I enjoyed my stay there all except for the fact that I had very bad luck at the casino. It was a good experience but I wouldn't stay there again.

This was our first stay here. We picked it because of the ratings on this site and the fact that we wanted to try a hotel off the strip for a change. We stayed 6 nites and were very pleased. 4 nites were only 19.99 & Fri/Sat were 69.99 ea. It is a very nice clean property, better than we expected. We stayed on the 14th floor and had a nice view of the strip & downtown even though we were about 7 miles away (we had a rental car). There were 4 elevators and we never waited for one. It seemed like there was always one waiting for us. The room was nicely decorated and clean.The service was excellent and the staff couldn't have been nicer. We were continually impressed by how friendly the staff was and I mean everyone including the maids, bartenders, security, front desk and waitresses. We ate at the buffet 3 or 4 times and found it to be very good. We didn't especially care for the selection of slots and they didn't seem loose, but they had $2 craps. We didn't win, but we played at a lot of casinos and didn't win anywhere, so we must have been on an unlucky streak. Sam's Town is just down the street and this place has it all over them. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We recently went to the Buffet and were so disappointed. It does not compare to the other Station buffets. The selection was very small, tasteless and a total repeat of our previous visit. Plates were dirty, selection was minimal. They always seem to have the same thing. This is one of the smallest buffets that I have been to here in Vegas. The cleanliness of the buffet areas was horrid. I for one will not recommend this buffet to anyone nor will I patronize the Boulder Station again. I am a local and enjoy the buffets but this one will be removed from my menu!!!!

When I go to vegas I only stay at Boulder Station or Sunset Station.
Rooms are clean.
Food is very good.
Rates are great when you can catch the free nights and the 19.99 rates.
Always have a great gambling experience with MUCH better luck than at any Strip Casino and downtown.
Boulder Station is great. I have never had 1 compliant yet.

Stayed one night. The price of the room was very reasonable. The room was clean and well-kept. The cocktail waitresses were good looking and friendly. The best looking ones I saw this trip. Great value

Didn't stay here but did play here often. This is one of the places that we always end up at. The slots are loose the services good and the onverall enviorment friendly. This is a good low roller casino.

Have stayed at Boulder several times. Rooms are nice. Casino is wide open and I really like the wooden floors. Always has th elatest machines. All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent variety of food. Buffet is just OK. Guadalahara mexican restaurant is very good.
