Date Visited: 11/01 - Good Visit
We love this place...just close enough to the Strip, but in "Naked City," which keeps the hoards away and the prices down. This motel got a lot of bad press because of 9/11 (one of the terrorists stayed there in the summer of 2001), and it is hurting for business...our stay there during Comdex was frighteningly inexpensive! The staff is toughing it out...the rooms are still clean, comfortable, with cable TV, free local calls, and you can get to your car in just a few steps--try that at one of the mega resorts! Nice people.
