Stayed at Bill's 17 thru 20 Sep 07. Check-in was fast and easy. Had to wait 90 minutes for our room though. Asked for a room with a view and was told we could get one for $20 extra a night - forgetaboutit! We've stayed here before and the rooms are the usual - decent size and excellent bed and pillows. The slots were as tight as they were when it was the Barbary Coast; never saw a jackpot or even a good hit. Needless to say we didn't do much playing there. The Victorian restaurant was excellent and a good value. I like the fact that from the elevator to the street is a matter of steps. You can't beat the location. Fat Elvis as a good as ever. The room, service, and Victorian Room make is a worthwhile location.

Can't beat the location, and the price. Check-in/out service fast & friendly. No need to leave bread crumbs to find your room (LOVED THAT!) Casino is tight, oh well. Location, location, location. Mid strip, take the Deuces to Fremont or either end of the strip. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We stayed at Bill's for 4 nights. This was our 1st visit. We had no complaints what-so-ever. The rooms were very nice, clean and large, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Because we read on this site and others that the rooms could be noisey because of the traffic and being located on this corner, we asked for a quiet room. We were placed on the 4th floor and at the far end of the hall away from the streets. We had room # 453. It was quiet and we slept well. We would recommend Bill's for anyone who wants a good price, good location, and don't want anything "fancy". Check in and out was fast, no lines. The casino was somewhat smoky, but what casino isn't? (some maybe more than others) We liked the size of Bill's. It was large enough to have a variety of machines and table games, and yet small enough to get to your room quickly. We only waited less than a minute at any time for the elevator. We felt safe here, as they had security at night where you had to show your key to get on the elevator. That was a nice feature.

I only selected no for "Family Friendly" because I don't want to be bothered with hearing screaming/whining children on my vacation.

Bills also known as the Barbary Coast will always be the same hot corner on the strip, with a good value for the room, all kinds of table games to wager on, they even have single deck blackjack, won money at just about all the games, good drink service, easy check-in & out, the sportsbook is small but ok. Rumor has it that this hotel might be around for 2 more years, I hope they never tear it down. Fun place to stay, fun dealers and a very good club called Drai's, if you like to look around at the sights, then hang around till about 3am & watch'em come in. I can't wait to go back next time.
