Date Visited: 03/08 - Bad Visit
OK...so maybe it pays to give Adelson another visit later this year but we stayed there within the first 3 or so months it was open. BIG MISTAKE TO MANAGEMENT: Do not put the "no smoking" slots next to the major casino pathways to make it seem like smoking is under control and then you have smoking at the slots next to the restaurant (Grand Lux Cafe). Dumb after all the money you've spent. (You should send me a free stay for that comment). Don't put vases in the rooms without flowers and let people know each time you MOVE A BOTTLE IN THE ROOM FRIDGE, YOU'LL BE CHARGED. Beautiful place and I'll go back since I think we just got there a bit early in the stage of "settling in" for the staff and hotel. I've stayed at the Venetian and think it's better but that's only because Palazzo is still working it out as a new enterprise.
