It took forever to check in, and then the room was not ready. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the halls. When a neighbor would shut their door, ours would rattle and vibrate. There is a 2 inch gap under the door. The noise all night from helicopters flying by was rediculous. The hotel is very near the airport, and every copter roared right overhead! Since I couldn't sleep, I tried to watch TV, but some of my favs (HGTV, History channel, for example) weren't on their cable list. Casino air was poor, very smokey.

We`ve visited the MGM Grand 3 times and each trip was exceptional; another trip is planned for October of this year. Check-in has always been a breeze, rooms are beautiful & the beds are soooo comfortable. There`s a wide variety of food options available from the food court to fine dining. Staff has always been friendly and the drink service has been prompt. I have no complaints at all...MGM is definitely my first choice in Las Vegas!!

The casino hasn`t been great for us, the slots can be tight at times but gambling as everyone knows is just random luck...you need to be playing the right slot at the right time to get lucky. Maybe it`ll be our turn during the next visit in October.

Stayed in a Celebrity Spa Suite. Very nice room and very nice spa tub. Beds and pillows were very nice. Service was very good. View was not great from our room on the 16th floor. Throughly enjoyed the pool, spa, and fitness center. Pearl was our favorite resturant at the MGM. Did not have much luck at the casino, but overall an excellent facility. Also walk to the parking garage was not as bad as we anticipated.

1. Smoke EVERYWHERE so it was hard to breathe.

2. One of the people from my party is handicapped and there was no offer for a wheelchair. Even when I asked for one, they said the person that needed it had to go to their bell desk which was a ridiculously distance from where they were currently at. I even explained the discrepancy of the situation, but they still failed to be courteous. This made no sense, and on top of that, they wanted money and an ID for it. How are we supposed to enjoy other attractions if our ID is taken away?

3. Cramped spaces and unnecessary chaos and crowding. In contrast, there were big open areas with absolutely no one in them.

4. The valet was ridiculous, having a handicapped person walk from the other side of the driveway rather than letting us pull up to drop them off.

Stayed 2nd week in December, hotel was as expected stayed on the 12th floor, good showers lots of hot water FAST. Walls are thin, you could hear the doors slamming as people went in/out of the rooms, EXCELLENT views. One of our rooms face the airport (east) which gave us something to talk about as we relaxed in the room and pre-gamed. The other room gave us a view of the NYNY, Excalibur, Luxor, and Mandalay Bay. The beds were comfortable (probably the best I've experienced in Vegas thus far), the staff friendly and attentative. The comp schedule SUCKS. We had a promo offer for 6 free buffets per day (2 for Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner) which saved us a ton of money just eating breakfast alone. The buffet really didn't change day to day, so that got a little boring but overall great food. Would definitely stay again, undecided if I would bring the family here though. It's pretty crowded and there are some pretty hardcore gamblers that stay here. But overall GOOD STAY.

I had a good visit to MGM Grand Oct. 8-13. Check-in at the airport was quick and easy. Our room was in the Grand Tower and had a good view of Excalibur and NYNY. The quality of the room was better than expected. The valet service was excellent. Yes, the place is huge, but I don't think it is a reason not to go. It is a long way from the room to the pool. I had some luck at the casino (roulette, epecially). All the casino staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet is sub-par and the service at the cafe was slow. The MGM Grand is in a great location on the strip. If you want $5 blackjack, just walk across the street to the Tropicana. Overall, the MGM is thumbs up.

Stayed at Signature tower 3 @ MGM 10th to 14th Sept. I went there wuth 2 mates from Scotland. The Signature is great the suits a bit small and the air conditioning is noisy but the staff are the best I have come across in Las Vegas. They are helpful, polite & will do anything to make your stay memorable. The walk into MGM gets tiring after a while but the casino was great. I have stayed in MGM before and throughly enjoyed the place.

We have been visiting Vegas 2 or 3 times a year for 20+ years and this was our first stay at the MGM. We received an internet offer of 3 comped weekend nights and some free play, so we decided to take up their offer. Check-in was smooth and quick and our room was just off the main lobby and close to the elevator. Room was dated but clean and everything was working. The only service problems we encountered was at the Studio Cafe which I suggest you avoid. No problems at any of the other restaurants and bars we visited. We did not like the heavy fragrance in the Casino but it didn't stop us from enjoying our visit.

Stayed at the end of May 2009 during mid week for three nights. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The main reason we stayed here was the location and the package deal offered. Grand tower for $55 ( $65 for the night of Memorial day) with the buffet included. Yep, breakfest, lunch, and dinner. Would stay here again.

DO NOT STAY AT MGM GRAND LAS VEGAS! What a dump, very rood employees! M Life Players Club was down for 15 hours today 4-12-11, no comps during that time, staff could care less! I complained to the players club mgr and he could care less, I had $200 in free play coming and when I checked out of my room the hotel could not use any of my $400 plus express comps to pay for the room, so much for a free stay at the MGM Grand! Staff could have cared less including the management! I would rather stay in a Motel 6! MGM Grand Sucks!

Nice beds, rooms always nice and clean. Casino has everything, but my favorite is the old vintage horse racing game near the buffet. What Fun!! Players Club and MGM credit card bring me a lot of comps and vouchers for fun and excitement. We had rooms and awesome meal at Craftsteak comped for our play. Great location, many good restaurants, and we love the piped in fragrance.

We stayed at an MGM Skyloft for one night. The costs typically run from $510 on up for one night. We ended up paying $700 for our one night stay on our anniversary. It was well worth it, and the service is top knotch. The butler and concierge staff is over the top and worth every penny. We wrote up a full review complete with pictures at www.omaha-rounders.com/anniversary if you'd like to review more.

Dealers were exceptionally friendly and patient to this novice gambler. Rooms were clean and pleasant. In spite of the abundant presence of smokers, I did not go home smelling like an ashtray!--no stinging eyes or allergy issues! Check in wasn't at the promised 3pm--more like 4pm--it didn't matter that we arrived at 11AM. Overall, a very positive experience.

Hooker Heaven...went there for a legal conference and the hookers swarm the bar area and lounges. Pathetic. NOT a place for kids. You'd think after you make the money these guys do and the effort they extend to bring celebrity chefs and entertainers, they'd do more to keep the hookers out.

I stayed at MGM Grand several times and I had always a great stay. I love the casino and the Grand Tower rooms are also very nice. Some people say that this hotel is huge and yes it is huge. If you want to have short ways ask for a room near the elevator, the reciptionist will give you the room if available.

Last time before I stayed there I found a hotel promotion offer on www.vegas-hotels-online.com. It is also a great site regarding Las Vegas promotions.

Just stayed here the last week of August. As ususal the MGM was fun and we got cheap rooms through Players Club. The casino was as tight as hell, did not win at all and dropped alot of money in there. Video poker and blackjack were a joke, would just suck ur money up and never won once on roulette. I will not gamble here anymore. the pool was sweet, there were a ton of little pigs running around, I wanted to go to Wet Republic, but they were charging to get in then there was a drink minimum. It was a joke but the broads were all 10`s.

There were a ton of hookers in Zuri and Centrifuge. Good tiem overall but might stay at Rio or Hard Rock next time.

Stayed here for 3 days this week. Check-in was the fastest I have ever seen and everyone was smiling and courtious from the front desk to all the help on the floor and the cleaning help. The hotel was spotless clean. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Rooms need to be updated but not a bit of dust, etc in sight. Slots were not too loose but still had many choices of machines to play. Had a dinner and a breakfast here and both were delicious. Breakfast was a little pricy but worth it. Check out was a breeze, I bet it was under 5 minutes. Would I stay here again? You can bet on it. So fun!

Stayed here again for three nights. Played some slots and did very well. Again everyone was as kind and helpful as could be. This is a place I would recommend to all my family and friends. Location is wonderful and food is really delicious. Hope to be back soon!

We stayed at the MGM in April. It's a nice hotel with a great location. As far as the casino goes the place is huge and easy to get lost in if you don't have a compass. The table limits are a little higher than we like to play (Casino Royal rates rates are more our style). The hotel room was standard but nice and was starting to show its age. The rate was only +-$80.00/night with a $20 drink voucher. This is the second time I've stayed here and both times I have asked for a strip view and been given something else. Once was a view of the airport (I could kind of see the Tropicana), the second was a view of the Westin Casuarina (towards Koval Lane). I guess you need to be more specific on your room request if you want a view. Overall, it was very nice and like I said before has a great location and is a great value if you can get a deal.

My flight was cancelled and the airline (Champion)and (MLT)vacations were nice enough to get the plane load of people a free room at the MGM. When we arrived at the hotel by buses that were provided to us, the hotel staff was ready and check-in was as smooth as could be. My room was great with a beautifull view, comfortable bed and a couch. We went to eat at Wolfgang Pucks place and it was super. The casino was very nice including the poker room. We also walked over to NY NY via the walkway that has to be one of the best views of the strip. I would definitely stay at this property agian. I only gambled a little but the dealer was very nice.

Quick check in at the airport. Grabbed the shuttle and gave our bags to the door men. We went to have lunch at the buffet and when we retunred to the room, our bags were there. Had some luck in the casino, and also saw KA on our stay. Overall great stay. Be aware the hotel is huge, and it's a walk and a half to get any where.

As always, this is one great hotel. Another comped stay, player hostess very friendly. The waitresses on the casino floor come around every 10 minutes. Glamour suite was great. Strongly recommend.

I was disappointed from the moment we stepped off the plane. I was told that we could check in @ the airport. I was specifically questioning our very late arrival. Upon pulling up our info, we were told that would be fine. We arrived 20 min. earlier than expected & the check in was closed. I felt lost b/c I had not anticipated where to go otherwise.

At the hotel, upon checking in, we were overly encouraged to upgrade rooms. She used the "it's our smallest room", "it has no view", etc. Our West Wing room turned out to be wonderful! We loved the theme! It was the best part of the hotel! Huge shower, comfy bed! (Be open with whomever you stay in the room with. The doors are a fogged glass & the toilet has little privacy.) Awesome tv's!

However, the fuses in our room & my sisters kept blowing when plugging in a curling iron. My sisters shower became clogged the first shower. It was fixed by a nice man with a large vocabulary of flavorful words upon frustration. :-(

The slots were tight & my husband couldn't get into any Texas Hold 'Em until our 3rd night. Very few tables of the specific type he was looking for, and sometimes a long wait to get on a table.

The service and cleanliness was good but the personality of ANY employee was a 3-4/10. No personality! Maybe we didn't meet the right people. There were far too few waitresses in the casinos. Drink orders were an hour between.

Once, my machine jammed & I had to wait & search for someone to retrieve my $10. that didn't get played. I literally waited close to or more than 45 minutes, all the while warning others to leave the machine & play another. A bit of a waste of time.

Emeril's was good ($$$). The Grand Buffet was GRAND ($$)! Yummy's on Star Lane has great food, average prices and TERRIBLE service. Upon one of the MANY incidences at Yummy's, I ordered French Toast. One is suppose to receive 5 halves. I overheard the blonde lady say to another lady (from the back), "oop, only 4"; then she laughed. I didn't know what that meant until I got my breakfast. I guess she dropped one. I only received 4. My sister was with us & found them to be equally rude for her. McDonald's for a snack was the slowest I've EVER seen. I wasn't even in a rush, but my patients wore thin.

The Monorail is NOT worth it. Buy an all day bus pass for $5. It's cheaper & easier. My husband & I (new to the area), got off @ the Hilton to walk to Circus Circus, as the monorail suggests. Be prepared for a mighty long walk! Other times we found ourselves walking to the next "stop" b/c going back to the particular hotel that the monorail lets off at was was further away & we would have had to back track tremendously to get there.

La Femme was good...not great. I would recommend seeing it but the hype overwhelmed it. The guy that takes the pics @ La Femme is gone pretty quickly. Our photos weren't ready when the show was over so we got dinner. When we got back, we'd lost our window of opportunity. It def. would have been a sale (x3 poses).

The pools were VERY crowded. Kids were everwhere. The water smelled of urine & sun tan lotion. A shower is a must soon after.

Despite some previous rating remarks, I did not find the hotel itself too much of a walk. Once we found short cuts & side hallways, things were great! However, in comparison to the location of other hotels, MGM was a bit off the strip.

Finally, upon checking out, the rude service continued. The lady did not smile, she handed me a recipt & looked down. I was not sure if I should sign it or if I was done. There was no "thanks for coming", no "see us again". I guess you have to spend a fortune, in order to receive service with a smile.

BTW, comps? Forget it.

If not for the wonderful room with shotty electric, I would have found the trip a major disappointment.

Date Visited: 07/06 - Bad Visit

If you book with online promotions with MGM Grand Las Vegas you can end up like we did and get moved more than a mile off from the strip, and they do not care about you or your vacation.

My fiancé and I booked a two days getaway from Sunday July 2nd 2006 to Wednesday July 4, 2006. When we got to the hotel to check in the line was 20 people deep clear across the entire lobby, we waited in line for over an hour and while we were in line we were wondering why it was taking so long for it to move. Then when we finally got to the front desk clerk it became all to clear why the line was moving so slowly, many people (including us) were getting bumped to some crummy hotel miles away from the strip. I did my best to complain and demand that we don’t get moved but all the managers would say is that they reserve the right to bump us to any other hotel they choose, frequently saying to us “I completely Understand” (Beware of this from the front desk) so after complaining for 20 minutes it was very clear that we had no choice and there we were holding up the line for everyone behind us. We had to ask for money for the cab to take us to our new hotel and we had to fight for some sort of compensation which turned out to be $50.00 credit for a food room charge but no matter what they offered it could not make up for halving to go somewhere we didn’t want to stay, the manager told us we would be able to check back in the following day so now we had to change hotels each of our two day stay dealing with long check in and out lines and cab lines too and from both properties. For us we just wanted to have a hotel room for a full day so we could wake up and go to the spa and swim then enjoy all of the fun stuff Las Vegas has to offer but for us our itinerary was ruined most of our two day stay was spent complaining to hotel management standing in long lines and being told by hotel staff that we complained to “I Completely Understand” Dam! How can they completely understand? It’s not their two day vacation getaway that was ruined; to us this was completely unacceptable. We also called up United Escape reservations and told them out plight, the lady called up MGM for us but she could not help us and basically told us the same story the MGM management told us and it seemed that neither United Escape nor MGM cared about us.

We have booked many vacations on the internet to Las Vegas at other hotels with the same rates or cheaper and never were treated like this. On the second day we checked into the West Wing room and check in wasn’t until 3PM and they would not give us an early check in. When we finally got to the room it was like a modern mausoleum, it was dark, small, air conditioner barley kept up with the heat, no inside door lock so we did not feel safe anyone with a door pass key could just swipe the door lock and let themselves in, for me the bed was too stiff and I woke up several times in the night with both of my arms numb from the stiff bed, also, in the morning the housekeeping just let herself into the room while we were sleeping waking us up at 9AM.

I just want everyone to know that there are much better hotels to stay at besides the MGM. I won’t stay in this hotel again.

room was ok, bed ok, bathroom was ok, airport check in was great..staff at hotel friendly and polite always helpful. this was the largest hotel i have ever been in. i did not care for that aspet of it. the pol area was a WOW.. the casino was a bit boring. too many machines that are alike. tight slots. i went accross to excalibur and had more fun their won money too. i would stay again but probably place my bets elseware.. now at the end ot the trip i waited for the shuttle buss to the airport. their was no place to sit down, no shady either, and no water fountain, i got over heated in the hot sun, almost passed out. it made me sick on the trip home. they need a shelter for people to wait under , and a water fountain too. that was the wors part of my trip..note.. i signed up for the slot club and used my card on all the machines i played, i was offered 3 free nights on my next trip from the casino host. using the card did pay off i got free meals and over 130 dollars cash back..it was fun...

First time at MGM Grand and enjoyed most of it: cocktail service was fair, but intermittent, bar help was awesome, sports book great, restaurants great (Emeril's), check-in fast, and room was nice...even gambling on slots was fair with some give and take.

Only problem was the promotion we had from the property's own website; it advertised a "restaurant and bar" credit, but then at check-out our bill showed no credit. We spoke to two employees and then finally a supervisor before we got the credit because they refused to believe that was our promotion. Don't they see their own website offers??? In the end, a place like this should not force customers to waste time over the small stuff like this. The phone calls delayed our walk to the Bellagio breakfast we had planned, missing our reservation. Gee, thanks MGM Grand :( Doesn't sound much like a "resort" experience to me.

THE MGM GRAND IS TRULY GRAND. My wife and I were married at their beautiful Forever Grand wedding chapel, and were treated like royalty. We truly have no complaints about this hotel. This was our first visit to Vegas and we can't wait to get back to the MGM next year. The airport check-in was grand, the room was grand, the casino was grand, the restaurants were grand, the service overall was...grand! We highly recommend the world's largest hotel.

Stayed here 3 nights (3/16 thru 3/19). Very good rates for Thru - Sat. ($59.00)

Room was nice and clean, BUT.....VERY NOISY. 2 of the 3 mornings we were woke up. First time by bosterous drunk on courtesy phone outside in the hallway. He kep yelling and knocking on everyones doors. Had to call security. Next morning, someone was trying to enter our room. I confronted him and turned out he was actually one room over. Still, it was a bad experience to be sleeping and hear someone continiye to try and get in your room. The MGM was too crowded this weekend with NASCAR, Spring Break, St Patty's Day, March Madness, etc. The restrooms on the casino floor looked like roadside rest areas. No attendents. Looked disease ridden. I contacted to hotel / casino managers and explained I expected better from the MGM Grand. They quickly responded, but this property has nothing on the Imperial Palace. At least the facilities are clean and sanitary there. The drink service was great...Waitresses were very friendly. The Players Club personnel were not. The cashiers were rude. Did have nice comps for dinner for 2 at Stage Cafe. Overall good visit, but will not stay here anymore. Too crowded...too noisy....Mid-strip properties are more fun.

MGM Grand doesn't have enough for the small bettor. Not enough seats in the Race and Sports book.

The previous sports book was much better, you didn't need to walk through the whole casino to get to

it.Also, the same souvineers every year, how about some variety?

This was my sixth time staying at MGM, and it has always been a delight. Despite the lobby being incredibly crowded, we only waited in line about 10 minutes. Upon check-in, we were pleased to find out that we could check-in early (at 10:AM!). At first I was disappointed since there were no West Wing Rooms available, but I ultimately became more than happy with our beautiful Grand Tower King. Very big, very clean, and the sofa and sitting area really made the room for us. Large, bright, marble bathroom with excellent bath products too. We particularly liked the design of the room, 1930's art deco with plush fabrics and B&W movie star portraits. Some may call it gaudy, but hey, you're in Vegas! We've heard they may renovate the rooms soon, but we hope they don't get rid of the classic movie theme. Some people have complained about noise from neighbors, but I've yet to have heard a peep from next door. Casino was good, won a little bit, excellent selection of slots and table games. Lots of people comment about the casino's size, but it's fairly easy to navigate and not the monstrosity that some make it out to be. They have successful designed the casino area to look more intimate without being confusing, and if anyone gets lost, simply look up and read the signs, it's not that hard. Dining is always a treat here. With so many selections, we decided on Pearl. FANTASTIC Chinese cuisine in a gorgeous setting! We also ate at the Studio Cafe, which always provides spotty service. What surprises me most is the fact that although the hotel caters to thousands of guests a day, the staff are still very personable and are among the friendliest on the Strip. Hopefully the staff at Mandalay Bay can learn something from the MGM staff!

We just returned from our Vegas stay (Jan 28-Feb 3rd) at the MGM. After booking a "WEST WING" room and reading some reviews that "Not all West Wing rooms have windows , and had this confirmed at check in at the airport " we asked to get a room with a real view. We got it . 20th floor overlooking the west towards NY NY, the Trop and Mandalay. Beautiful ! BIG WINDOW ! Large Room , big bathroom, great housekeeping . The walk was not a long one to the elevators (room 20-318) But even if it was , can we all stay close to the elevators?? NO ! Casino is BIG BIG BIG , but walking is a part of the deal. Its fun to look around. The car garage is also BIg...so be prepared to walk , or use the VALET service. We rented a car as usual and found driving to be crazy. Cabs DO NOT SIGNAL when changing lanes , so you just never know!

We only used THE STRIP to drive on when it was very early in the am or late late at night , otherwise use KOVAL , on the East or go west behind the West side hotels.

Table games $10.00 min bet.

Slots not really that loose. (But then they have a big place to pay for , what would you expect)

Nice place to stay but gambled elsewhere.

**"KA" show was great but no need to get expensive seats at $150.00. Sit further back and enjoy the $99.00 seats.

** Jay Leno at Mirage was ok.

** Drew Careys improv show was really good .

Leave for airport early early early...Left hotel at 4:45 am , didn't get through security untill 6:35 am , and they were already boarding plane. !!!

Overall was a great 11th visit to VEAGS.

This was a nice hotel we visited in 2003 but the location again was not ideal. However, the worst issue with it was that the rooms were a long walk away out of the casino. We walked hallway upon hallway each time we went outside or to the car. I'd rather do the walking on the strip than in the hotel trying to go to our room.

I've stayed at the MGM Grand twice, and would certainly stay here again. I stayed in one of the newly renovated West Wing rooms. The room was small, but very comfortable (hey, it's Vegas...you don't spend much time in the room anyway!). The staff were VERY friendly, and we experienced nothing but excellent service during our stay. The next time we come to Vegas, we'll definitely stay here again.

The first two times that I stayed here (once with my wife and the other on a guys trip), I had a great time. The last two times, things were not nearly as good. The walls are very thin such that we heard the guy in the next room vomiting, one morning. I reserved months in advance and requested a high floor, adjacent to my friends' room, mbut when I arrived they claimed that only a low floor was available, nowhere near my friends' room, which was inconvenient; they claimed that they could not accomodate our requests, even though they have many thousands of rooms. It was a great struggle with the front desk to be moved the next day to even the same floor with my friends. The restaurants were also not as good as on prior visits. At Emeril's, the waiter treated us with slow service and indifference, bordering on disrespect, because we declined his suggestion to order the absurdly overpriced tasting menu and wine selection. At Craftsteak, the prices were even higher than when it first opened, and the service was slow; my steak was not even warm, which shows that the slow waiter had left it sitting for a long time. I was so happy to finally get my food, that I didn't bother sending it back. Even though my third visit was disappointing, I went back a fourth time to give MGM another chance. Because the fourth visit was also disappointing, I went to other hotels for my last two Vegas trips, and I am not staying at MGM on my upcoming visit. Maybe, I'll go back to MGM on the trip after that if I see reviews of 2007 visits by other people that are consistently positive.

I received a really good room deal as part of the slot club so I decided to stay at the MGM. They had a lot of variety in the slots, which was nice. The room wasn’t great. Towel holder was broken. Room needed some fixing up. Food was astonishingly expensive. Yes, I know, Vegas isn’t cheap these days, especially on the strip. But MGM is worst than any I have been in. We spent more on the food here than our room – and we only had 2 meals a day. Paid $8.50 for a pot of coffee via Room Service and it was stone cold. They promptly brought another one when I called to complain though. 24 hr restaurant had poor selection. Room Service had better food for similar prices. Played A LOT in the casino but wasn’t given much of a comp upon checkout. My main complaint would be that the whole place was too big. The restaurants, pool, buffet, etc are so far away from the main elevator. MGM is huge and if you aren’t willing to get a workout in before you eat, go to the pool, go to the strip, go to the car, etc. then this hotel isn’t for you.

This is our fourth visit to the MGM. It gets better with every visit. We stayed in the Premier suite. Excellent. Saw KA - the show is not as good as he other Cirque de Soleil shows and definitely not worth $150.00 per ticket. Employees very friendly and helpful. Great all around.

I've always enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is awesome , easy to get to any location from the MGM. The only drawback is the Buffet. It could be faster , friendlier and more appealing. But the Casino and hotel are excellent.I usually visit the MGM 2-3 times a year.I'll be there for "March Madness 2006" and I'm looking forwatd to my stay.

The MGM was our choice on our first visit to Las Vegas 8 years ago, and we absolutley loved it. Have stayed there every year since on our yearly LV trip, and everything has always been excellent. Wife and I have tried to recall any bad experiences (rude employees, bad service, etc.) and the only thing we could recall was 2 or 3 years ago we received a pot of hot water instead of coffee with our morning room service order. One call to room service and we had our coffee in less than five minutes. (The guy had to have run!) The MGM has been very good about comping our slot play and we couldn't be happier. Can't wait till our next visit!

MGM Grand was truly, the worst hotel I have ever been to. I stayed in the Celebrity Suite and here is what we found to our horror:

1. The mirrored closet door - the one that is supposed to slide open - was off the track. We tried placing it on the track but saw that it needed repair.

2. The towel hanger in the bath room could be removed (all three screws) from the wall. As I first placed a towel on the hanger, to my shock, the hanger bent toward the floor. Upon investigation, I saw that I could easily remove the hanger from the wall. It did not just break; it had apparently been like that for a while.

3. Aside from the first night's stay, there was no hot water! Ever tried taking a lukewarm shower in the early morning in an air conditioned room?

4. On the first night, I decided to use the jacuzzi. After filling the tub with a sufficient amount of water, what do I see floating on the surface but a brown curly pubic hair. Funny? I was appalled. I thought MGM Grand was a world-class hotel.

5. If you enter room 19-339 and walk straight into the room, please notice the molding at the base of the wall, approximately 20 feet from the door. It has separated from the wall. For aesthetic purposes, it might be a good idea to glue it back on.

6. The room smelled of smoke each time I entered. We don't smoke. Perhaps we should've been asked if we would've like a room that didn't smell of cigarette smoke. We weren't asked.

7. The shower has but one place to put a bar of soap. Other hotels have a place to keep bath items at arms reach.

8. The shower had only one setting: full blast. Perhaps they don't provide hot water because their belief is that we will blast the body odor off.

We just spent 4 days at the MGM-our 4th visit to vegas. Had always stayed at ALaddin, but wanted to try something different since Aladdin is changing over to Planet Hollywood. We LOVED MGM-checked in at the airport-how convenient!! Our room had no view, but was absolutely sound proof! ROom was big with a great safe in it that actually worked!! Casino people were real friendly and happy. The pools were great, although about an 8 minutes walk from our room. Food was okay, but would be very expensive to feed a family, although there was a McDonalds...WE will definately stay here again!

Have been visiting Vegas since "The Rat Pack" days. The Monte Carlo Hotel has been our choice until I received a good rate from the MGM and decided to try it. My first impression on the phone for reservations was very pleasant and assuring that we would receive a nice room with a view. We checked in at the airport where I again requested a room up high, with a strip view. Turned down the shuttle which is $9.00 per person, since a cab costs about the same for 2 people. When we got off the elevator to our floor, we thought we were in a different hotel. It was far more luxurious looking than the casino area that we had been used to seeing for years. The room looked exactly like the web site's photo. Had a great view of "NY,NY" directly across the strip. My husband thought he was back in his old city. The room was half way down from the elevators, and extremely quiet, didn't even hear anyone else's plumbing noises which seems to be a problem in some of the hotels. Sometimes you get lucky and have no neighbors next door. We navigated through the huge casino area quite well once you find shortcuts to your destination. Ask the security guys near the elevators and they will pleasantly give you directions. Got drinks while playing the slots, after we complained to a pit boss that we hadn't seen a waitress in our area for 45 minutes. From that night on, she made sure she asked us if we wanted service. Thought the buffet was good, but I really enjoyed the split king crab legs and big cold shrimp. Main dishes basically good to mediocre, desserts very good, otherwise nothing offensive and the price is probably to make up for all the crab legs being devoured. Took the monorail to the Hilton to inquire about Barry Manilow tickets, both of which were a rip-off. Guess the monorail is a convenience depending upon the weather and how much walking you want to do, but $3.00 per person one-way regardless of distance isn't worth it to some of us. All in all, our visit was very nice, didn't see any shows this trip, the slots were verrry tight, but would return again if the price is right. Only problem we had was when we came home and I got my Visa bill. We checked out 2 days earlier than our original reservations, but got billed for the 2 days we DIDN'T stay. Even though we physically checked out at the hotel's desk, and were only charged for our actual days stayed. I would inquire next time I make reservations if there needs to be notification prior to an earlier check-out. (how does one know if there might be an emergency, is it fair for the hotel to charge guests for nights not stayed? I guess they don't want to lose money and turn away business when indeed they do have rooms available.) A quick phone call to the hotel's customer service with my concern was received with a polite apology and a credit to my charge account. Everyone we spoke to at the MGM was very nice and would not hesitate to stay there again based upon this visit. Sometimes you get lucky in more ways than just one ---- Good Luck !

My husband and I attended the Howie Mandell Show at the MGM Grand Hotel on May 14, 2005. We arrived early to check out the hotel for future accommodations. While sitting in the West Wing in the bar area with sofas and chairs we noticed a few big bugs crawling on the floor and on the furniture. A tourist asked a cleaning lady if she could scoop-up a bug that was near her. Upon entering the Howie Mandell Show it was pointed out by the people sitting next to the stage that bugs were crawling on the stage. I was appalled that a hotel with this kind of star rating could have a BUG problem. Ask Howie, he'll confirm this!!!! Needles to say, most of his show centered around your pesky little friends. Come on people, at least hire a professional company to come in and spray for your bugs. What a let down! I stayed at the StarDust for 5 days and never saw the first bug! Let me know when you get rid of the bugs and I might consider staying there. But I'm not sharing my room with anyone that doesn't pay their way!!! The MGM is a beautiful hotel without the bugs!!

Editor's note: Reply from hotel....

I work at the MGM Grand in the Hollywood Theatre the fact is true about the bug's BUT !!! every hotel on the strip was having a beetle problem this year our showroom was sprayed every night before a performance and we were told by the sprayer that the beetle would probably be around for 2 to 4 weeks because of all the rain we had and then heat!!! yes it was not good BUT !!! this was a first time happening. I am very proud to work in the Hollywood theater and recommend it very high !!!!!

This was my first trip to Las Vegas, and I am extremely pleased that we chose the MGM Grand to stay at. The property was located right on the strip - close to many beautiful hotels and casinos. Inside were many shops and interesting things to do, as well as 2 excellent clubs and a bar near the casino. The casino was wonderfully located within the hotel, and the pools and spa area were heaven! All in all this is an excellent place to stay! Highly recommended!

I guess my visit would have been okay if the bell desk hadn't lost a dress that I needed for a formal dinner for work. They recovered it after the dinner (it was delivered to the wrong room) but I was forced to accept an award in clothes that weren't dressy enough and it was embarrasing. They did comp me one night but the situation left a bad taste in my mouth. The rooms are clean but not really spectacular. I do like their pools though.

I guess I'm kinda agnostic about MGM. The room we had was really quite nice, and by shopping carefully we got a pretty nice deal on it as I recall. However, the place is just so big and impersonal that its kinda dull. Buffet is not really worth eating at for the price, especially with Aladdin and Paris right up the street. The casino is once again boring....just too spread out, not enough theme. This is supposed to be a Hollywood themed place, but I really think the theme is Los Angeles, i.e. suburban sprawl put into a casino! But then again the room was clean and pretty and fairly priced. So don't be nervous if you choose to stay here, but if you're looking for a mid-priced place that is actually going to stand out take a look at the Aladdin or maybe Mandalay Bay.

Before this trip our last stay at the MGM was 2 years ago. The rooms are very nice and the service was excellent.

The casino was a different story. The slots and video poker machines are extremely tight. Drink service while gambling was almost nonexistent unless you were at a table game. This is very different from our previous visit.

The restaurants are nice but seem to be pricey relative to other restaurants in other hotels. Again, this is different from our previous visit.

While we would stay at the MGM again we will gamble and eat elsewhere.

This was my 2nd trip to Las Vegas and my first time to stay at MGM Grand. At first I was alittle nervous about staying there because it was so big. Last time I visited Las Vegas I stayed at Bally's which I will never do again and visted MGM and thought I would never stay here because it was too big. We flew into Las Vegas Friday morning and checked in at the airport and was given a choice of where we wanted our rooms so I took the 26th floor with a great view of the strip. Once I had to chance to tour the hotel/casino found no problem getting around. The casino was alot of fun had some luck with the slot machines. Went to the Alan Jackson concert and it was awesome. The staff is very polite, the food was good. The MGM is in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

First-time visit. Stsyed here for two nights back in April, taking advantage of an internet offer ($69/night I think - regular rate is nearly double that.) I left very impressed. Good service. Nice, clean room on the 10th floor. Even won a little bit in the casino. This place can be expensive, but if I get another offer like that I will not hesitate to stay here again.

This was our second stay at the MGM and I still think its the best. On our first visit, we went to the Monte Carlo where our friends were staying and gambed there. The dealers were rude at the Monte Carlo and we wanted to go back to the MGM where everyone is very friendly and nice. We walked through other casinos and think that the MGM is the best. No porno cards laying around which is very nice. Check in and Check out was great, the gambling is gambling. Dealers were nice. Grand Buffet is great for dinner. Havent done the breakfast one since we dont eat breakfast. Service is great. Everyone friendly and nice. Will go there again.

This place is not playing fair.It is the first station on the new monorail link and guess what there are NO signs to direct you the the station. The hotel is huge so do not wander about, follow the signs for the convention centre and the entrance is next to the Mexican restaurant.

My advice do not go there until they play the game and put up signs.

Awesome Hotel. Spacious. We lucked out by having our room only 4 doors down from the elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Casino was easy to manuver too and the table limits were reasonable. Paid out well on slots. Won on roulette, blackjack and at the sports book. Everything is there that you may need and with the monorail it just makes it eeasier to get from point A to point B.

Having visited MGM on numerous occasions, it was great to finally get a chance to stay here. For such a large hotel, check-in was extremely efficient and I can't say enough about the friendly bell staff. I suppose it is quite a hike to get to some rooms, but it wasn't any different than other hotels we've stayed at in Vegas. Our standard room was quite comfortable and the bathroom very nice (although not as nice as Mandalay Bay's). Room service very quick and surprisingly good. This place is huge, but really not that difficult to navigate and as long as you know the monorail entrance is next to Diego, you'll have quick access to many other hotels and casinos. They're about to open the new poker room and it looks like it will be very elegant. Restaurants are great (enjoyed Wolfgang Puck, Diego, and Shibuya), but expensive as you might expect. You do have to have some money to gamble here. Table minimums are high, no good video poker, and slots seemed very tight. I took the monorail to the Hilton which is just the opposite. I don't think I'd pay full price to stay here, but they do have some pretty good specials on occasion. KA was terrific!!!

Returned to the MGM Grand Aug 24 - 27 2006. Room was great, very clean, big and the bed was comfortable. Pool was lots of fun and had room for everyone. Casino is very big but has a great variety of games for everyone. Blackjack dealers are friendly and I was surprised again to find some $10 tables on a Friday & Saturday night. Spent a lot of time in the sports book which is very big and has huge screens to watch the games. Overall a great place to stay or visit..... one of the best in Vegas!!!!

This place is great, the casino is big and spacious and has tables for low-rollers or the highest-rollers. There are more restaurants here than probably anywhere else in Vegas. The pool is huge with the hottest girls walking around. There are a lot of young people in the casino as well as inviting to older people as well. It has something for everyone. The rooms are large and there are a wide variety of suites to choose from. If you can get a terrace suite, you will have the biggest balconies in all of Vegas.

How do I even begin to describe how horrible our experience was?! We checked in at the airport and the lady asked us if we'd like to take their shuttle for $9 bucks. We said sure and didn't find out until check out that it was $9 bucks each so it was $18 bucks to go to our hotel, which was the very first stop! If we had taken another shuttle it would have been about 8 bucks total. The lady at the check out explained to us that the cost included them bringing our luggage to our room, which they didn't even do. Even though we checked in at the airport, we still had to "check in" at the hotel inorder to receive our welcome package, which was literally a photocopied map of the site. The package that we thought we had signed up for online apparently doesn't include the free coin that is promised. The fine print states you have to get 1,000 points to receive it. So watch out for that promotion. The room was nice with the exception of the plumbing. The plumbing made alot of noise all night. I do recommend the Craftsteak restaurant. Very pricey but the food was beyond wonderful. The frontdesk staff was very rude upon check in and check out, which was suprising since our phone conversations with them had been very pleasant. The gaming area leaves much to be desired also. Funny thing was that my wife and I ran into another couple when we were waiting for our luggage at the airport coming back, that had a horrible experience there too. Definately would not recommend this hotel. We ended up switching to the Las Vegas Hilton after 2 days and had a much better experience customer service wise there. Hotel isn't as fancy but people aren't as rude either.

I have only stayed at MGM Mirage Group Hotels, and MGM is second only to Belagio. I love this hotel because it is huge. The rooms are nice. They are generous with comps. The buffet is great. One of the best things about this hotel is that there are wonderful restraunts but there are also fast food joints by the "studio walk" so you can grab somthing quick and take it to your room. We only go in winter to MGM, so we have never visited the pool. It is really easy to get to other casinos because it has a tram stop and also catwalks. I love this property for a fun Vegas getaway.

This was my families 6th trip to Vegas. The second staying at the MGM. We found the staff nothing but friendly and accommodating. The casino is huge, maybe a little too big but fun and varied. The Rainforest Cafe is the best restaurant around for children! Our son has an enormous collection of their souvenier plates and the thunder and lightening never ceases to make him smile. He loved the lion habitat but was a little disappointed as once again he could not get his picture taken with the lion cubs. The MGM loyalty card is a great thing to sign up for. It could save you quite a bit at the end of your stay. The pool area is MASSIVE, although $15 to hire a tube for the lazy river is a bit steep. I would have thought they would be free for guests. The bands playing live are always good. We have dined in the Woolfgang Puck (the breakfasts are fabulous), the Flaming Wok (oriental food, reasonably priced and great food but then we are from London so anywhere would be cheaper than home!), the Buffet (great choice of delicious food not as grand as the Aladdin but still very good), Starbucks is always handy at 4am suffering from Jetlag! Its linked up to the New York New York so you can just nip over the walkway to try something new. The shopping could do with an overhaul, I cant beleive they changed the Emerald City! We met Roger S Baum there and he signed a book for us. Our son would have happily spent his days in the arcade, he could collect tokens and then trade them in for gifts. All in all, a great place to stay and not as expensive as some of the newer hotels.

We loved it so much we are back for August in 2005!

Hotel Check-in at the airport was great. But didn't get the King Bungalow suite that I reserved on the MGM website. I like the King room layout better than the 2 queens. Was told room would be ready in 1 hour but 2 hours later it was still not ready and had to go back to check-in counter and wait in line to get reassigned a room. Was given 2 buffet comps for this problem. Valet and Bell Desk were quick all days there. Buffet was ok for breakfast, omlettes were the best option. Played blackjack and three card poker and did very well. Pool area was nice and not too crowded. Had a much better stay ths time and will proabaly stay again if I can find a deal like I had, $99 a night.

I have stayed at the MGM several times this year and just got back from another wonderful trip. The MGM has always been a great place to stay and play. The staff is always friendly and waitresses have always been around frequently. My wife and I play the slots and we have always done okay and most times return with 60-70% of our gambling budget, and more on a couple of occassions. The only negative about the MGM for me is they have added to many high end restaurants and could use another restaurant for mid priced meals besides the buffet and café. The casino is large, but once you have learned your way around it is easy to navigate, and you end up with the feeling of playing in different casinos by working thru all the areas. The comps have always been good and the $1.50 in for a point vs. other casinos where you have to have $5.00 coin in for a point can be an advantage if you like to slot hop. I have been reading the comments on this site for a couple of years now and felt it was time to add my experience. I have been in most of the casinos on the strip and stayed at a couple of others, but still prefer the MGM for service, rooms and casino.

I travel to vegas several times a year, however this was my first time staying at the MGM GRAND. In the past I have avoided staying at this resort due to the humongous size of it. I normally stay at the RIO but wanted a change from the usual this time, so I decided to take my chances on the MGM, and am I ever glad I did.

From the moment I checked in till the moment I checked out I had a pleasent experience at this hotel. Upon checking in the front desk had about 12 employes working which made for a short wait time. The lady at the desk was extremely pleasent and said I was entitled to a package which included a $35 dollar food credit at their restaurants, as well as other perks such as free admisson to Studio 54, and 2/1 spa passes.

I had a room in the grand tower on the 24th floor with a view of NY NY, and the Monte Carlo. I found the room and hallyways, to be well maintained and tastefully decorated. The room was smaller than I was use to, but in no way did I feel cramped. My only complaint about the room is that the shower had a old school curtain instead of a door, and a coffe maker in the room would have been nice as well.

As far as the casino goes, I found all the dealers I had as well as the supervisors were all very pleasent which made for a much more enjoyable experience even when my luck wasn't so hot. I also like the fact that the players card can be used as bellagio, Mirage(which I found the dealers and pit bosses to be extemely rude and ignorant, making me never want to step foot in there again), TI,and NY NY, so if your having bad luck one place it jsut a short walk down the strip to try somewhere else.

The pool are is very large(the only pool I've ever got confused where I was at) but also very beautiful. The lazy river is amazing, however the drink service I found to be lacking.

In the MGM I only at at Wolf Gang's bar and grill which I found to be excellent food and service, as well as the Studio Cafe which I also found to be very enjoyable.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the MGM, infact I might have a new regular hotel to stay at while in vegas. It is a huge place but after a few hrs of walking around you get to know your way around it pretty well. The only thing I think I will do different next time is get an upgraded room just to have a little more space in the room and a seperate tub/shower

Great staff!!! Spa was wonderful, great treatments offered. Had very good luck in the casino and did not find it hard to navigate around the property. Sign up for the players card, the comps were terrific. I would not hesitate to stay here again, I had a wonderful time, but I would avoid it during any kind of school vacation. Vegas is not good for kids, they all looked very tired and they all looked like they wished they had gone to Disneyworld instead. All in all, best value on the strip.

Thank goodness the MGM is remodeling the Emerald Tower. We checked into our room in the ET and immediately called the front desk for an upgrade. I have had much nicer rooms in cheap chain hotels. Unfortunately, I did not listen to all the warnings I read on this site. The difference between the ET and the Grand Tower rooms was like night and day. The GT rooms are very nice and clean. The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful. If you choose to bring your kids to Vegas, which by the way, is entirely your business, this is a great place to stay as long as they don't mind the long walks. The pools are nice, but not very convenient to get to. The monorail, lion habitat, Rainforest Cafe & Emeril's are a big bonus to this hotel. Slots are OK. The MGM is a good value for the money and we would stay here again. However, avoid the Grand Buffet for breakfast. It was awful.

I love this place. Yes, it's big...but you do get used to it. They have the best selection of restaurants of any hotel casino I've stayed at (in all price ranges). Coyote Cafe, Ricardo's and even the Studio Cafe earn high marks.

Love the lion exhibit. Their slots are looser than other places (especially during the week). Great pool, but the lazy river seems closed a lot (the only complaint I have). Rooms are bright and spacious. High marks.

MGM, the biggest hotel in the world! I've been here many times to play in the casino but never stayed here. This is an easy casino to get lost in! I was disappointed this year because in the past MGM has always had a big variety of the newest and latest slots but not this year. We looked all over and never did find any new slots. We do play Nickle slots mostly and like the Elvira, Young Frankenstein, Phone Tag, Playboy and Sinatra but could not find any of these. Maybe I missed them. Anyway, with all the casino's on the strip I would suggest to MGM to keep the casino upgraded with the latest slots to keep me coming back and staying. UPDATE: I just got back from my trip this year. I stayed at New York New York July 17 to July 21 2005 and went across the street one morning to see if there were any new slots. Nope! None that I could find! Dosn't seem there have been any changes since I originaly posted this in July 2004. 5-6 years ago MGM seemed to keep up with the new slots but not only are the slots tight but they seemed to be the same old slots as always. I spent less than an hour at MGM this year and never went back. Come on, MGM! You have a reputation as the biggest on the strip! At least keep the casino up to date!

I came to this site to get comments and help me make a decision about which hotel to pick. We decided on MGM and I loved it. The place was great for our kids..I have a 12 10 and 6 year old and they loved the Rain Forest Cafe(it is like a jungle and with real rain and thunder) and the lazy river. The pool area was so huge I forgot I was in the middle of the desert. The service was great and I did not have to wait long for drinks or service. Everything cost a fortune but it was like that in every hotel. Before we got there I called to ask for a high floor and connecting rooms. They did not give me the high floor but upgraded us to a Celebrity Suite with a connecting room for the kids. We were in the Grand Tower and it was very quiet and private. Make sure you call

and ask for a high floor with a view. If they have the space, they will upgrade you at no charge. They want you to have a great value concept so you will spend more money in the casino!!

While we were there we went to Circus Circus to check on the indoor roller coaster. I almost picked that hotel because of the children activities. Boy am I glad I didn't. It was a dump with the guests to match. MGM was like staying in the nicer side of town. We also went to the Bellagio..not worth the money if you ask me. The place was full of class and so were the guests but not much better than the MGM.

We also saw New York New York..very nice and right across the street from the MGM.

We didn't gamble much but the casino looked very nice and classy just like the rest of the hotel.

Overall I would definately suggest this hotel. It is in the perfect location almost in the middle of the strip and the Monorail has a stop there so you can get around easier. I still think the cabs were more convenient..they take you right to the hotel entrance and are a little cheaper.

I have read these reviews for about six months and picked the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino to stay at because most of those who stayed at this hotel rated it very high. I would agree!! Stayed in the Celebrity Spa Suite for three nights and upon check out was informed that the MGM was picking up the tab for everything!!

My only complaint is the number of kids!!!! Parents, go to Disneyland, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Six Flags or somewhere else!!! This is Sin City and one of the few places in the world ADULTS can go to play. Thanks MGM for the "Adult Only" pools! Gaming Commission...where are you when all these kids are roaming thought the casino at midnight???

This was our first stay at MGM, since we tried to stay at a different hotel each trip. We received a room on lower floor, facing the casino roof. I guess we should have tried the $20 trick. We stayed in the Grand Tower, the room is decent sized and clean. Fortunately, our room is close the elevators, because the hallway looks like it goes forever. Like other people said, it is a long walk to go from your room to the pool, but the pool area is excellent and fun. The lazy river is at least twice as long as the one in Mandalay Bay, and there were plenty of open loungers. There is a Monorail station right inside of hotel, very convenient if you plan to travel to north side of the Strip. I just wish one day they would build the Monorail so it reaches caisnos on the other side of the street. The free Lions Habitat attraction was fun and worth a visit. Casino is big but always crowded. Overall, we had a good visit.

I had a FANTASTIC visit here! Upon arrival, the woman checking us in asked what kind of a room we would like, and actually fulfilled our request. We got a room on the 27th floor with a gorgeous strip view - we could see everything, including the bellagio fountains! We stayed in the Grand Tower - beautiful room, spacious bathroom, close to everything. Didn't have a long walk anywhere.

The pool was excellent! We spent a lot of time at the "adults only" pool - a nice break from all the kids. Also enjoyed the lazy river. I recommend this hotel to anyone!

This place is amazing.......it IS a CITY......everything you would want.....found the staff and dealers very friendly and accomodating......my only problem was a king bed that made so much noise that when i turned in my sleep i woke up.......and the worst was the insulation between the rooms and the hallway........might as well slept in the hall as people were talking as they walked past by the room....

Date Visited: 06/04 - Undecided

I stayed at the MGM Grande back in June 2004 for 4 nights. The casino was enormous and I could never find my room. (This may also be due to the fact that I had way too many free cocktails). There were also way too many kids at this casino especially at the pool area. Now I have nothing against kids, but Vegas is just not for kids. There were a lot of very rowdy drunk people at the pool everyday I was there, cursing and carrying on while little ones are running around. Its just not appropriate for children. I must say the rooms in the MGM were very nice and the bathrooms were huge, but the halls were filthy and the rooms never got very clean after maid service. One day our toilet busted so we had to call the front desk to have them come fix it, not once or twice, but three times. One and a half hours later someone came up to fix it. Now when its 10 in the am and you have had a pretty rough night of hitting the bars/casino, having no toilet for an hour and a half is a nightmare. My other gripe would be the fact that it honestly took us 15 mins everyday to walk from our room to the pool and always through the casino. Its just wayyyyyy to big. The slots were so tight it was unbelievable and the table dealers had no personality. One would expect the crap attendents to be a little friendly and rowdy at times, but nope not at MGM. They were the biggest bunch of tighta#$es I have ever met playing craps. They were much friendlier at Casers and NYNY. I also never saw a cocktail waitress more than once an hour or so at slots or the higher end tables. I play 10 min craps, and the cocktails were just not flowing like they are at other casinos on the strip. The positive side was we ate at several restaurants at the MGM and all of ther waiters/waitresses were fabulous. The restaurants were very very very expensive though. I pay a lot less for starbucks in NY city then I did at MGM. But service and food quality well worth it none the less. The MGM does have a great concept, with all of the different activities. I mean you could spend 4 days at the MGM and never ever leave the MGM and still have not seen everything. I guess thats the point, the casinos don't want you to leave, but who goes to vegas and doesn't check out the rest of the strip. Well anyway, sorry this is long and drawn out, but just an fyi. I am returning to Vegas in August of this year for a week and really looking forward to it. My goal is to stay at a different Vegas casino for every trip. This time I am staying at the Luxor and hope its a bit better. (I am aware its only a bit smaller then mgm but hopefully better mapped out)!!! VIVA LAS VEGAS!!!

we had a group event and opted to stay at MGM based on my stays here prior. This was a mistake - during our stay we spent hundreds of dollars on gambling, cabana rental, food & beverage - none of which were rated! My fiancee and i both are players club members and neither one of us received any points except for the minimal play on the slots - we are blackjack players - and none of the play was turned in to be ranked.. put it this was we payed for our entire trip +. i made and have continued to try and get assistance from MGM staff named the dealers, pit boss, everything - and have received nothing accept "this will have to be looked into"...
