I went to the Railroad Pass because I had to use the restroom. The Pass has dirty restrooms, and some old guy was moaning in the stall next to me. I guess he had the Buffet. I then went to the bar to play some VP. This medicore looking chick came up to me, and started to stroke my leg. I think she was a woman of the night. I quickly left.

Craps table has posted hours which are ignored. On Wednesday, 5/4/2005, the posted closing time was 1:00 pm. When $I arrived at 935 looking forward to shooting some, the table was closed and they were counting the checks. I asked the supervisor if they were open to 10:00 or not and he replied with an extremely lame comment about counting the chips. It seems to me if they post a certain time, they should live up to it. They have lost a regular customer. I used to play there about every week or so.



They also do not have a comment link on their web site which is really cowRDLY!!

Undecided about this place. After spending a week in Las Vegas (for business), I needed to get out of town on Saturday and this place definitely fit the bill. It was close enough to gas stations, to refill on rental car fuel and purchase certain types of beverages, and the view was certainly unique from the Pass. But for $75 (I know, I know, Saturday night is the most expensive night for anywhere in and around Vegas), I could have stayed in Henderson at a nicer motel---the room at Railroad Pass had Motel 6 or Super 8 written all over it. Slots were surprisingly tight. Not a lot of kids, which was nice. Didn't use the pool but it looked okay.

But this hotel is definitely stuck in 1971. Even the brochure they had in the lobby about the hotel was dated. Nice "buy one, get one free" St. Pauli Girl beer at the casino bar, though!
