My wife and I stayed here for thre nights. The room was adequate for the price.
The price was the main reason we stayed here. Upon check-in we had a problem with our reservation, but the lady at the reservation desk was very willing to work with us to resolve our situation. The casino here is very, very small.
We got no machine action here at all. We usually ate at their sourdough cafe. the food was very good and the prices were excellent. We had an hispanic server who was simply fantastic. He made us feel right at home. He always had something good to say. I would stay here again.

Listen up! I'm a seasoned traveler and a Dad. I stayed here for three nights while my daughter's soccer team played in a nearby tournament. I've stayed in MANY name brand motels that were dumps, Arizona Charlie's is NOT a dump at all. Because of booking rules put forth by the local soccer association we had no say in where we stayed. I really didn't care, I was there to support my daughter and her team. I was open-minded regarding the accommodations.
We had a two room suite, with a king size bed and a nice roll-away. I ordered the roll-away upon arriving at midnight, and it was in my room within 15 minutes. The gentelman who brought it up to our second floor suite said he "tried to find the best one for my daughter." The roll-away came all made up with extra blankets and towels. The master room had a good king size bed, and a large walk-in closet, which we did not use, but enjoyed as a junk room. The bathroom was small but everything worked, and worked well! The vanity was in the main bedroom, and it was just fine. The rooms were both a good size, with ample tables and chairs and lighting. TV's were in both rooms. Not many channels but we were satisfied. The A/C was great and was ducted through the wall into both rooms. It was so cool that we used the shelf in front of the duct as a refrigerator! The room was clean every day, there was not much noise, the kids loved the pool, and the breakfast buffet was nothing short of great. We did not gamble, but we did spend two nights with the team on the strip at both Circus Circus and New York New York. The motel was about 10 minutes from the strip, and had adequate parking. Security was very visable and friendly.
I read some negative reviews about Arizona Charlie's. I had never been there before this past month (06/06), but would not hesitate coming back with my family. It's not fancy, but for the price and the service it's a good deal. If you are looking for the most bang for your buck, Arizona Charlie's is a good bet.

My partner and I stayed in the RV park from 11-03 to 5-06. We moved to Vegas from Michigan. We stayed in our RV and in the park the whole time. We found the property to be a great value!! Great prices in the hotel and rv park both.
We also stayed in the hotel as well from time to time. Found both to be very clean and comfortable!! Nice staff, helpfull and very down to earth. Especially
the rv park staff!! The restaurants have excellent food! Fair prices and sizeable portions! We dined there at least 4 times a week. Buffet has TOP RATE prime rib! Yumm :) This place is a DEFINATE return for us!! Hope you all enjoy it as much as we did!

One thing to watch. In the diningroom, a charge is made for water..........
Prices are reasonable and the buffet is good for breakfast.

My brother and myslef stayed feb3 to feb8.Stayed for the Super Bowl.Sports book was fun for the game.Overall stay was fine.First time at a locals casino.The video poker did have better payout.Only complaint was casino to smokey.

My wife and stayed here during the PGA event and had a great time. I like the two room "suites". It was nice to be able to get up at different times and watch tv or have a cup of coffee in the outer room while my wife was still sleeping. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, enjoyed the casino and small sports book. I LOVED THE PRICE, paid 29 a night during the week and 39 on weekend. Will go back again.

Great value! The rooms were originally designed for long-term stays, so a King Room has a separate living room with another 19" TV and phone. Very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool and jacuzzi were decent. The bathroom was so-so, but at least they had complimentary bars of soap and shampoo bottles (I read somewhere that they had soap dispensers on the wall - gross). Great coffee shop ($2.99 steak 'n' eggs) and good buffet at cheap prices. I ordered an iron and board from housekeeping, and they arrived in a satisfactory 15 mins. Although newer, the property is already showing signs of age; chipped exterior walls, and stained carpeting in my room are examples. I paid $39.99 + tax from expedia, and I was pleased with the experience and value overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

My Mom Bea Hurlbut and my Sister Marie Lai did not stay here but we visited
we will come back but when we do we do not stay long??
There breakfast specials are great,
There dealers are not friendly.

My husband and I love this hotel. We always get it at a great price, the beds are very comfortable and the food is great. I also love the fact that there are two tv's in the room, although they really should add a few additional channels. We love eating at the buffet and plan on trying the Yukon Grill on our next trip. We haven't had too much luck in the casino but we like being able to walk back to our room when we get tired. We also like being able to walk out of our room and right to our car. I hate having to walk through a casino to get to the car. Its also nice to see security as much as we have. Even at 3am they are out there riding their bikes around the grounds.
I also think its a great location for those with rental cars. Your away from the strip and very close to the expressway so that you can take off and go. We will definately be back when we are in Vegas.
