paid $25 a night, and there was nothing wrong with the place, rooms very similar to Excalibur, hallways showing some wear, check in was fast, best $25 I've ever spent

First you need to take into account this isn't Vegas, it's stateline. Don't expect Mirage service or you will not have a good time. Having said that we went to see Chicago that night. Got in at 11am. Valet was fast to get our car. Check in was fast. Room was clean and noise level was low enough to go right to sleep. Casino was fun and the slots we played was paying pretty good. Had lunch and breakfast at the cafe and it was good food for a fair price. All in all for one day it was fun.

I reserved two rooms for a one night stay. In my daughter and son-in-laws room the both bedspreads had not been cleaned. There was blood drops on one and a large amount of what appeared to be blood on the other. I took pictures and went down to the front desk. We were told the room would be credited back and we would be hearing from someone which has not happened.I am reporting this to the health department. Also in the same room there was water damage on the ceiling which was peeling in a big chunk.My daughter is pregnant and she is moody as it is this really upset her and it could be a health risk.

Have been here a number if times and for what it is it is a great place. For the total property there is plenty to do besides win money. Kids will have plenty to do and for the whole family it is better than Vegas which is about a forty minute drive away. Don't look for Elvis here and have a good time.

9/07 Returned for a return visit for a few days and discovered that Terribles now owns Buffalo Bill's along with the other properties at Stateline. Not much has changed but you see the "Terrible Cowboy" everywhere and the feel of Buffalo Bill's is missing. I say this when the fun of trying to win a car via the slot machines is gone. Things may change later after Terribles is done with any planned changes but for now it looks like Elvis now wears a hat and has a mustache. That's Terribles.

WE BOOKED THIS AS A VACATION PACKAGE FOR OUR HONEYMOON. WE HAD NO IDEA OF HOW FAR AWAY FROM EVERYTHING IT WAS.FIRST TIME IN VEGAS..HAVE TO SAY THE ROOM WAS A DECENT ONE WITH A FEW FLAWS...TOILET KEPT RUNNING,NO BATH,IT HAS A SHOWER ONLY. THEY WANT $50 A DAY AS A DEPOSIT TO HAVE THE PHONE WORK IN ROOM EVEN FOR LOCAL CALLS CHARGE $0.75 FOR EVERY CALL. TOOK 3HRS TO CHECK IN...FRONT DESK HAS VERY POOR SERVIC...PLAN TO CALL DOWN TO THE FRONT FOR A QUESTION...THEY JUST PUT YOU ON HOLD AND DONT ANSWER....DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THERE IS NO SHUTTLE TO THE STRIP...GO TO THE MALL THERE AND THERE IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE BOOTH THAT YOU CAN BOOK A SHUTTLE BUS THROUGH...THE HOTEL DOES NOT LIKE TO TELL YOU ABOUT. THE FOOD IS GOOD THOUGH AND RESONABLE PRICE....BE SURE TO GO TO THE WELCOME CENTER BY THE MALL YOU CAN GET A COUPON BOOK THAT HELPS OUT GREATLY. THE CASINO ITSELF WAS REALLY GREAT...DEALERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE OUR STAY ENJOYABLE...ONLY COMPLAINTS WOULD HAVE TO GO AGAINST THE HOTEL ITSELF. ONCE YOUR IN IT ISNT SO BAD..AS LONG AS YOU HAVE NO REASON TO DEAL WITH THE FRONT DESK....ICE MACHINE NEVER WORKED THE ENTIRE STAY (5 DAYS).THIS PLACE THE KIDS WOULD REALLY ENJOY...LOTS FOR THEM TO DO. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CAR THOUGH...VERY FAR FROM EVERYTHING...AND NO CABS WANT TO GO THERE...HARD TO FIND TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTEL TO THERE...DIDN'T KNOW THAT WHEN WE BOOKED...OTHER THAN THAT WE HAD A GOOD TIME..RELAXED..

This was my first stay at Buffalo Bills, even though I have stopped here in the past and gamble but never stayed as a guest. My friend and I checked in on Saturday for a stay of 2 nights. I had made reservations by phone after receiving a letter with a comp for 1 night free, the reservationist advised me that I would have 2 nights free instead of 1 night free even though my letter clearly stated 1 night free stay...so couple days later I called reservations again and another person confirmed my comp code was for 2 nights free instead of 1 night free and told me that I can use the VIP line to check in. Well, on check in day, the VIP line female person (I wish I got her name) was so rude and told me I had to use the regular check in line so I didn't want to argue with her, it was not worth it. Anyway,when I finally checked in with another person, she at first told me that my letter was for 1 night free only, after explaining to her that both times I called into reservations they confirmed that I would have 2 nights free stay, at least this person honored what was provided by their reservations. Yeah, two free nights stay, she didn't even ask for my credit card, I was surprised. Thank you. But then when we got into our room, the room had not even been made up yet, the previous guest left the room in shambles, trash all over the room, I felt bad for housekeeping to clean up after someone else's disqusting mess. At that point, I went to find the housekeeper which they were still on the same floor cleaning other rooms and advised her my room was not cleaned yet, she was so nice and sweet and told be to come back in 10 minutes, she left the other room and went to clean my room...I was so impressed, sure enought, after half an hour of play in the casino, came back to the room and it was cleaned and spotless, Great Job! Thanks again to room service.

Lastly, to the Pit Bosses, Sergio & Robert on the night shift, thanks for being so nice to me, and I appreciate the comp for my meals. You guys are the best! So my friend and I had a very nice time at Buffalo Bills, we will make this our place of stay when we drive into Las Vegas from Los Angeles.

This place is sorely understaffed! Took 45 minutes to check in even though there were only 15 people in line. We then decided to get something to eat.
There were only 2 options at 10:30 on Thurs. nite, the coffe shop or Mc Donalds.
We tried the coffe shop first only to be told there was a 20 minute wait even though there were only about 12-15 customers inside. HIRE SOME PEOPLE YOU CHEAPSKATES!!!!!!!! The rooms are O.K. but, at 4:00 a.m. someone decided to do some hammering in the bathroom above ours. Security came to my room to see why we were making so much noise. I told them it was their damn maintenance people and that they were as clueless as the operators of the hotel. WORST stay ever at a Vegas area hotel!!!

We stayed at Buffalo Bill's with 2 preteens, on a Sunday night. Check in was a little lengthy, but we asked for a room on the 15th floor, and got it. It was a pleasantly decorated, very clean, comfortable room. Our kids LOVED the place, the roller coaster, water ride, movie theatre and expansive game room gave them plenty to do. The monorail ride between properties made it very convienient to casino hop to their other two properties, and to get to the OutletMall, yes, ladies, I said OUTLET MALL, ON PROPERTY! The casino was decent. We played slots, and won on several different machines. Buffalo Bill's casino is themed very nice. Prime Rib dinners were 5.00 a person and we paid 1.75 per person for 3 eggs, hashbrowns and toast! Here is a hint....go to the welcome center on property and pick up a Primm resort coupon book...it's good for free food, free rides and many other things. Its located next to the gas station in the parkinglot. We were glad a fellow visitor informed us of this great coupon book. Primm Valley is a GREAT FAMILY VALUE. We are headed back there tonight for a 3 day stay. Very courteous front desk staff as well. The rooms range from 16.00 a night to around 40.00. At those prices, who could pass it up?

If you want to have the vacation from hell then here is your place. I will not go into details but let me just say we checked out of this dump and went to The Orleans and anyone wishing to stay here YOU HAVE TO HAVE YOUR HEAD CHECKED!!!!!
