Pool at Venetian Resort Hotel Casino              Month of Visit: 04/09 - Good Visit Venetian pool has been revamped since I first stayed there in 2001. Was there in April and the weather was good one day, poor the next. Pool was so packed I couldn't get a bed one day and another I was in the shade for 2 hours waiting for the sun to get over the buildings. Great pool area, but does get very busy and lots of it's in the shade. 90% of it was shaded at 9am and 50% at 10.30am. Not sure if it gets better in the summer, but can be a problem, as you end up without somewhere to sit in the sun or chasing it around the pool. Still a great place to stay with everything you could want, you just need to plan ahead a little to enjoy it to the full.
