My First encounter started with the over the phone booking. I talked twice to the receptionist who let me know that the price of the massage equaled $1 for every hundred points on the Station casino card so I thought my service was well covered with my 25,000 points so I booked an 1 1/2 massage & pedicure since their prices were so high example $200 for massage & $70 for pedicure those were both without tip. Unfortunately I had to downsize my service to a 50 minute massage and they took $25 off that which still cost me $125 without tip. The most expensive pricing I ever saw for these kind of services. I found the staff inside the spa to be extremely stiff and unpersonal which I didn't care for especially when your in such a personal field you would expect people to be somewhat responsive and not so robotic. The spa itself is lovely with the candles and warm red colored sitting area. Too bad the service people there have no personality. Also their products to sell in the check in area were over inflated in prices like a basic shower gel for $36, you could definitely see the mark up. Oh well, it was an experience and you can always use a good steam, sauna & jacuzzi to relax to.
